Shipping Origin
All orders are processed and shipped from San Diego, California, USA.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We plan to expand to more countries in the future.
Processing / Production Time
All items are custom-made to order using 3D design and lost-wax casting.
Our standard production time is up to 5 business days (often faster).
Total time from order to delivery is usually 5 business days production (or less) + shipping transit time.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Free shipping includes the fastest shipping method available for your destination, plus full insurance.
Shipping Options & Carriers
We ship via USPS and offer the following services:
United States: First Class Mail, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express
Canada & Mexico: First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Express International
All shipments include tracking and are fully insured.
For orders under $250, customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the service selected.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Delays
Production times may occasionally be longer during peak seasons or due to high order volume. We will notify you if there is any expected delay.
International Orders (Canada & Mexico)
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by your local customs office.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Because all items are custom-made, we review every order before production and send a pre-confirmation. Returns are generally not accepted for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives seriously damaged, incorrect, or if any major issue occurs during shipping (for example, the item is lost), we will work with you and the insurance provider to resolve it. Please note that insurance claims may require time for investigation and processing. Contact us promptly with photos and your order details in such cases.
